Sail valeting is undertaken on the premises.

At the end of your season all you have to do is phone us and we can remove your sails and covers from your boat. Then we will wash, check, repair and store them for the winter.

Make sure you instruct us to remove your sails before the flies (Sept-Oct) get into the mainsail and stain it, as its very difficult to remove this type of staining. Also we need to remove the furling genoa before it goes green, althougth  this type of staining is easier to remove.

All the sails we valet are off yachts which are in Fowey, but we do get customers dropping off sails for this service from their yachts  in other areas.

£8 per/sail checking fee

£3.60 per/kg

Minimum charge £8 on any sail and cover

Repairs @ £35 p/hour + materials +VAT

Any insurance claims to which the sails and covers might be subject should be covered by your own policy.
